I want to share something a little different today. I love fashion, but recently most of my time has been spent in running shoes and yoga pants. The reason why? I love the gym. Let me elaborate a little.
Since moving overseas, I have had an abundance of free time. As a former athlete blessed with good genetics, I have always been in decent shape. But, I wanted more. Since October, I have been going to the gym 5x a week and I have completely changed to a naturally healthy lifestyle. Healthy meals, nutrition, and vitamins have become a huge part of my life. I have made fitness fun.
In the coming weeks, I will be sharing healthy meal plans, how to grocery shop, fun fitness routines, and more. One of the best things is also discovering fitness fashion (stay tuned for more on this)! To kick everything off, I developed my own workout that you can do anywhere! No gym memberships, no dumbells, no mats. All that is required is free space and a bottle of water. It only takes 32 minutes to complete for all of you with busy lives!
